Below are some of the most common and frequently asked questions about vendoring at Kpop Nook events!

Q: Is there a fee to vendor at events?
A: Yes, for most events there will be a small fee for having a table at the event called a vendor fee. This ensures your space, along with helping pay for decorations, cupsleeves, freebies for event guests and so on. All vendors are guaranteed event goods as well through their vendor fee.
Table fees for smaller events like inside boba shops are usually $20 a vendor. For larger events it may be $30 and up for a space depending on the event type.
Q: Do I need to have kpop goods to be considered as a vendor?
A: Nope! Most events are Kpop related yes, but having Kpop goods is not always a need for being able to vendor! Your goods may fit a theme or new event that hasn’t happened yet, so regardless of the type of goods you have, you should always feel free to apply for events with the Kpop Nook!
Vendors are chosen for events based off of the type and theme of goods you sell.
Q: What size table can I have?
A: You can have any size table, just keep in mind that most Kpop Nook events are held inside small buildings and boba shops, so those with 4ft table setups are usually prioritized for being chosen for those types of events.
Q: I don’t have any vendoring experience can I still apply?
A: Yes you can! No matter if you’re just starting to vendor events, or have months to years of experience, please feel free to apply as a vendor! You never know when your art will match with an event.
