Spring and flowers Lads event RSVP

This RSVP form is specifically for getting an idea of how many people will be attending the event as furniture needs to be arranged for large groups to sit together and play LADS

This RSVP also acts as a hold for ONE free cupsleeve from the event. To redeem your free cupsleeve you must check in with your RSVP name at the Kpop Nook table. Sleeves are limited to the first 100 entries.

Sleeves are limited to ONE per person, groups must individually all fill out the RSVP form to receive a cupsleeve.
